Common questions

Know what you’re buying.

Which public agencies do you monitor?

Supported sources include federal, state, county, municipal, city, and public-authority sources. We match opportunities by where the work happens. Coverage is partial: review the named sources and disciplines for your state before buying; no state includes every public notice.

Does state coverage include federal opportunities?

Yes, when a supported SAM.gov notice identifies your selected state as its place of performance. Federal notices without a supported state location are excluded from the initial offer.

Does every state have identical source coverage?

No. Coverage of federal, state, county, municipal, city, and public-authority sources varies by state and discipline. Project Signals discloses the named sources supported for each live state and discipline instead of claiming complete procurement coverage.

Is this only for engineering firms?

No. Discipline and delivery-role filters support consultants, contractors, inspectors, integrators, equipment suppliers, and maintenance providers.

Are these guaranteed contracts?

No. Project Signals helps you discover and evaluate public opportunities. It does not guarantee eligibility, award, revenue, or agency response.
